1. Registration
Firstly complete the registration process by clicking "Register" on the website front page.
Select the educational establishment you are studying at. Linking your account to an organisation (eg: your school / college / university), you may be eligible for special offers and/or discounted pricing.
An email will arrive with confirmation that your account has now been set up.
Once logged on you will have access to:
- Address Book
- Order History
- Preferences
- Change Password
2. Selecting your product(s)
Once in the MY ACCOUNT screen you can click the SHOP FOR PRODUCTS button or use the search bar facility.
- Add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your basket.
- Complete your order online. You will be asked to supply your credit card details.
- Reference your order number and email, fax or electronically upload one of the accepted academic documents to us. Click here for eligibility and ID requirements
It typically takes us less than a business day to process your documents. If there is any problem with the documents we receive we will notify you.
3. Delivery & VAT
Typical delivery charge is £7 for software & £12 for Hardware. Electronic software downloads are normally free delivery (there may be an admin fee on some manufactures products)
All prices on the website exclude VAT
4. Order Confirmation
Once your credit card details have been successfully processed, you will be sent an order confirmation email. Delivery is normally 2-3 working days depending on stock and when we receive correct student identification.
