If you purchased an Adobe CS5 version on or after April 11th 2011 then please follow the instructions below on how to claim your FREE upgrade to the Adobe CS5.5 version.
1.Go to the Customer Support Portal at one of the following locations:

•France: www.adobe.com/go/fr_supportportal
•Germany: www.adobe.com/go/de_supportportal
•Asia/Pacific: www.adobe.com/go/supportportal_ap
2.Create an account or sign in to your existing account.
3.Under Get Support, click the Orders & Returns tab.
4.In the Choose Issue Type menu, choose Post-Announce Upgrades.
5.Click Continue.
6.In the Submit a Post-Announce Upgrade Request page, fill in the required fields.
7.Click Review Case & Submit
