Stop Motion Pro Network
Designed for schools and other institutions. Installation on unlimited machines, connected to a network, in a single geographic location is allowed

The network license editions of Stop Motion Pro are packaged using Microsoft's MSI deployment technology.
Stop Motion Pro can be installed in network environment by:

• using Microsoft Group Policy and Active Directories technologies
• manual installation on user machines
• installation on single machine, then duplicated by Norton Ghost or Acronis disk imaging technologies
• other deployment technologies including Novell Zenworks

With the Action! network edition, the user machines must be connected to the server at all times. This connection is for licensing control purposes.

Stop Motion Pro Studio HD network and Action! Plus network have additional security technology that allows computers disconnected from the licensed server to run Stop Motion Pro for 30 days, perfect for covering school holidays and teacher's laptops.

The Stop Motion Pro network edition uses the following process:

• A registration data file is located on a centralized server
• The location of the registration data file is stored in the Windows registry (HKLM) of each workstation (UNC or fixed path names can be used)
• When Stop Motion Pro is started on the workstation, it looks in the registry for the registration file location, opens the file, then validates the contents.  
• If the registration data file contents are validated correctly, Stop Motion Pro opens to the user
